Giveaway: Forman and Field and Knorr Gourmet Food Box (Closed)

This week I’ve been cooking again with some delicious produce from online retailers Forman and Field and with some stock pots from Knorr. For dinner last night,  we had baby chickens baked with chipolatas and rice. From my own store cupboard, I added a sprinkle of Middle Eastern spice called za’atar. Check back next week for my recipe. Chicken marinated in lemon, garlic and black pepper and barbecued in foil before going straight on the grill for a few minutes.

I love potato, tuna and egg salad – soooooo yummy! I’d happily pass on the burgers and sausage and just scoff thewhole bowl! :)

We don’t have it very often as it’s quite expensive, but when we can (which is never nowadays!) a really good one which I recommend everyone tries is asparagus wrapped in parma ham. Cook the asparagus a little bit first, wrap it in parma ham and then bung it on the barbie! Lovely!

I love BBQ’d lamb chops as all the fat disappears and the meat is tender-melt-in-the-mouth. Corn on the cob as a side with fresh green salad, vegetable rice and hunks of French bread.

  5. Stacey says

We always have cheesy beans on the side which is basically saute an onion in butter, add your baked beans and the cover with cheese and breadcrumbs and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Yum.
