I have more superb things to giveaway today, this time a Maille French Mustard Barbeque Hamper worth £70.00 filled with all the essentials for a great barbecue – including a BBQ utensil set, Maille apron, and selection of Maille mustards and sauces, such as Maille’s new peppercorn sauce that goes brilliantly with a barbecued steak. The Maison de Maille was founded in 1720, with the first  Maille mustard being unveilled to the public in 1747! Maille still make vinegars and mustards,  as well as sauces, mayonnaise and salad dressings – widely available in the UK.

    We always make Lamb mince kebabs-they are delicious-. We mix the mince with ginger, garlic, onion, corriander, loads of spices. cook on skewers on the BBQ and serve with loads of salad, slice of lime and a pitta bread-i am hungry now!!

  371. I’m not the biggest BBQ fan but use the mustard daily, such a versatile ingredient. But if I have to choose, then perhaps the fish in foil with fennel would be my ultimate BBQ food.

  377. My partner said jerk chicken. No hesitation. I tend to like the salads that go with it all the most. With a lovely oil and vinegar dressing. I do ribs, with a mustard and honey glaze maybe.
