Happy First Birthday Fabulicious Food!
It’s hard to believe that Fabulicious Food! is a whole year old today! What a wonderful year it has been. My little space on the blogosphere has grown and grown as I’ve written about all our adventures in food, set myself new challenges, baked, cooked, eaten and made new friends along the way. It’s been a whirlwind, but I’ve loved every minute! Â
I couldn’t let this day go by without saying a few very special thank you’s. Firstly, to my husband and family who have watched my obsession with food develop and who have supported my attempts to channel my creative energy through this blog. I realise that it has become more than just a hobby and that the project was completely and utterly mis-sold to you. HOWEVER, thank you for eating all the food I’ve cooked so dutifully and for bailing me out so many times with technical issues and MUCH more.
Secondly, Fabulicious Food! wouldn’t be the happy and positive place it is today without the support of everyone who has visited this blog; reading, commenting and contributing through Simple and in Season and encouraging me daily to carry on. Thank You all!
Thirdly, a massive thank you to the many foodies, cooks, chefs, food and cookery book writers and of course, food bloggers, who continue to inspire me on a daily basis. You encourage me to raise my game, challenge myself, step out of my comfort zone and to treat every day as an opportunity to learn.
To mark the occassion, I asked my lovely sister in Italy, Wanda, to write a guest post for me. You can read it here – a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Fabulicious Food! for a whole year!
Happy Birthday lovely Ren!
