How is your Easter going? I hope it’s been a fun filled weekend full of good food, family time and Chocolate!
I’m sure you are all quite sick of creme eggs, but in case you aren’t, or perhaps you have some visitors coming over, I’m sharing my Creme Egg Cupcakes, which I hope may inspire some Bank Holiday Easter baking.
Here’s a tip for you – Freezing the whole, large Creme eggs will prevent them from melting into the cake mixture once the cupcakes are in the oven! So freeze them first for the best result.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the Easter break.
I’m sorry things have been a bit quiet – I’ll be back very soon with some exciting book news and a number of new recipes.
